I walk into Sheehy thinking it would be no different this time but man was I wrong! Josh Shepard and Matt Love were very personable,knowledgeable and customer service oriented! My car buying experience was a pleasant one! I found this car online and called them to see when I could look at it and was told that the car was at the Sheehy dealership in Maryland but they could get it down here for me to look at the next day and they did! After looking at the car I had a few concerns about the paint in a few areas. Josh told they would fix these problems and they did! The detail shop did an amazing job of getting my 2011 Ford Taurus looking as clean as a brand new car! I got the exact car I wanted at the price I wanted and service that is second to none! I hope I don't need to buy another car for quite some time but I assure you when I do need another car Sheehy Ford in Richmond Va. is where I will go! I was looking for a new or used car a Honda or Ford. Loved both Honda sport coupe and Ford mustang equally.... what made my final decision on which to buy???? I have to say I was dreading buying a new vehicle based on past experiences from other dealerships. I'm very happy to say I had a great experience with Sheehy Ford and will return in the future... Trying to the find the right vehicle and carefully listening to my feedback. My dream has always been to own a truck but I figured an F150 was completely out of my price range. I also discovered the Ranger was no longer manufactured so I figured a new truck was not an option. We pursued a new 2012 Escape based on my request because of the rebates and incentives but could not locate one. Mike knew I wanted a truck but I didn't bother to look at them because of price. I also said I needed a vehical to pull my boat which the Escape could do but would likely struggle. Mike searched the trucks on the lot and found an F150 STX truck with exactly everything I was looking for and to my surprise with similar financial incentives as the Escape. I'm now a happy new owner of an F150 STX truck...Thank You Mike!!! In addition, the financial process with Nathan Bonds went very smooth. I've purchased a few new cars in my life and I've had some bad experiences with pushy, high pressure sales with the finance person. Jordan, Mike and Matt were great. Each gave me friendly and good advice. However, the wait for the finance manager was way to long. I must of sat in Matt's office 45 minutes to an hour, after he was pres and good advice. However, the wait for the finance manager was way to long. I'm not saying he did anything wrong, it just didn't seem to flow smoothly. He went over everything he was suppose to. He said the wait was because I was using my credit union and he had to wait for it . I think that was true but it still seemed way to long. The car did not have a owners manual in the glove box. The pin stripe I ordered looked great. Overall the experience was very good. More

When I made the decision to buy the Fusion, Josh was on vacation but I was left in the capable hands of another great salesman Matt Love. Matt was more than happy to assist me in getting my new car home and he even called Josh to let him know the car was sold and Josh offered to take Matt back to the office. This type of customer service makes me feel like they really cared about my satisfaction. I highly recommend Sheehy Ford and these two gentlemen Josh Shepard and Matt Love. I had a great experience and it happend fast once I made my choice of car. Phil (sorry I don't remember his last name) in the finance dept was also a pleasure to work with, he took some time and found me an interest rate that was better than my Credit Union was offering.
