TERRIBLE experience with this place. Edson was probably the worst salesmen I have ever dealt with. I had a truck shipped down from Manassas that I was ready to purchase only to find the entire undercarriag the worst salesmen I have ever dealt with. I had a truck shipped down from Manassas that I was ready to purchase only to find the entire undercarriage rusted out. No one - from Manassas OR Richmond mentioned anything about rust. It’s embarrassing that Ford would even sell that. After we turned down the truck, Edson was showing us a few other vehicles on the lot. We were waiting for him to get the keys outside to test drive a truck and 10 minutes went by… still no Edson. We look over and saw him helping someone else with a car!!! Spoke with the manager and ended up going home. NEVER heard a word from anyone since I left that day. Terrible customer service. They do not care about their customers only the $$$. More
