Randall Plummer, Business Office, took the time to explain the availible Easy Care programs, fully explained the options for purchasing our Expedition and once I decided which coverage I wanted to purchase, we were able to complete the paperwork in no time. He made us feel comfortable during this entire process. My wife and I did not feel pressured at any time to make a purchase, but rather felt educated in a making a purchase of the vehicle that is right for us. Th salesman, William Goin was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He had no problem showings inv pricing. Everything was quick and effortless.. The finance guy, Ronald Plummer, however was pretty rude and impersonable. He acted like a jerk when we didn't buy the extended warranty , environmental packages, etc. We are on a fixed budget. We were already preapproved for a loan through our bank with an awesome rate, and the finance manager tried to get us to get financing elsewhere because he didn't want to wait for the bank to open. My advice for this dealership: get financing through you bank, go to sheehy and make a deal with William, go back to you bank, get the check and take it to the dealer. Please do not deal with their finance guys. More
