When I made my decision he went right to work to see that I was able to drive away in my new car that day. From the time I arrived and the test drives and the paperwork I was back on the road quickly. When I stopped by to just look at F-150s, Steve Draga came to the parking lot to see if he could be of assistance. Because it had been awhile since I last looked at a new vehicle, I had some questions c came to the parking lot to see if he could be of assistance. Because it had been awhile since I last looked at a new vehicle, I had some questions concerning the new technologies--all of which did not exist when I bought my Ranger FX4 in Dec 2001. Steve never pressured me to buy. He was patient and answered all of my questions, even anticipating a couple of them. He took a little time to get to know me as well, meaning he didn't rush me as I debated if I wanted to really do this or not. Ultimately I did buy a new F-150 FX4. Part of the reason I did buy was because of Steve. I also was impressed with the rest of the staff. They answered my questions as well and talked while we worked. The maintenance department also was a factor. They had worked on my Ranger and kept at it until we fixed the problem. More

Went in to purchase a new 2013 Fusion. Sales Assocoate Jimmy Lance was outstanding. Finance team was also great. Received quality treatment. Sheehy and sales associate Steve Draga made the process of buying a new car a positive experience. Since our last new vehicle was purchased 14 years ago, we were excited to see and test new vehicles but a of buying a new car a positive experience. We came away from this experience feeling good about the product purchased (Ford Focus SE) and the whole sales protocol. Steve's helpful and no pressure sales approach along with the financial person's (John) clear and detailed help and information made this a win/win deal. I'm a 67 year old youngster and have bought a few cars in my time. Pete Karys is the best sales man by far I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. He was knowledgeable about the car we chose, an Exp cars in my time. Pete Karys is the best sales man by far I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. He was knowledgeable about the car we chose, an Explorer, patient with my wife as she tried to get just the right color combination, gently suggested options and alternatives, and, in general, made us feel special as consumers. He was also attentive with my 2yo grandson which gave him points with my wife. Personally, I was reticent about this whole car buying thing because it takes forever and the salesmen always bring out a bag of tricks that leave me irritated and exhausted. Pete did none of that stuff and made us feel that he genuinely appreciated us as customers. It's been a bout a month and I'm still getting the hang of MY FORD TOUCH system or whatever and plan to take Pete up on his offer to go back over it with us soon. He made this an overall outstanding experience. More
