When I stopped by to just look at F-150s, Steve Draga came to the parking lot to see if he could be of assistance. Steve never pressured me to buy. He was patient and answered all of my questions, even anticipating a couple of them. He took a little time to get to know me as well, meaning he didn't rush me as I debated if I wanted to really do this or not. Ultimately I did buy a new F-150 FX4. Part of the reason I did buy was because of Steve. I also was impressed with the rest of the staff. They answered my questions as well and talked while we worked. The maintenance department also was a factor. They had worked on my Ranger and kept at it until we fixed the problem. More
