I went into the Sheehy Ford dealership because I saw on their website they had a used Kia for sale. I was approached by Peter Karys in the parking lot. I described to him what I was looking for and also me their website they had a used Kia for sale. I was approached by Peter Karys in the parking lot. He was extremely friendly and straight forward showing me a few cars that interested me from sight than directing me to the car that I was interested in online. He opened the car up for my daughter and I to sit in and than got my information for me to test drive. He allowed my daughter and I to take the car for the test drive, stood at the door handed me the keys and said enjoy. It was very nice having the comfort of driving it around without having someone tell you where to go and describe all the bells and whistles of the car in your ear while trying to drive it around. Peter was waiting for us in the parking lot as we arrived back and again very friendly and personable he approached us asking our opinion. I felt very comfortable with the intereaction and the non pushy type of salesman Peter was and felt that this was a great fit for me. We went inside and immediately started the process of buying the car. In the process I stated that I had a car to possible turn in but kind of said it in a joking way because was unsure if they would take it and Peter got the information from us went to his manager and to our surprise we were able to turn our old car in and get some money toward the new one I was purchasing. I was extremely statisfied with the service that Peter gave to us and how easy it was going through the process. Walking out of the dealership with my daughter we looked at each other and stated that we would definitely use Peter again as our salesman and go to Sheey Ford for any car that we are looking for in the futre. Went into Sheey at 630Pm and really did not expect to get the level of service that I did.
