I can't even begin to describe how well these folks treated me. Let me tell all of you readers a little story.Before I came to Sheehy Ford, I had a 1999 Nissan Pathfinder. I loved that vehicle. I drove it until two days ago it just wouldn't go anymore. Unfortunately the repair bill was going to be far more than I could afford, so obviously I was at a crossroads. I could either bite the bullet, and slowly pay the reapir bill...somehow, OR I could go get myself a newer reliable car. Well, obviously, we all know how that went. I had my Pathfinder towed to Sheehy, an hour before they were set to close. Chris was my sales rep, and he was very accomadating, very professional, and helped me find exactly what I wanted. Chris, and the rest of the Sheehy staff that worked with me that night (Michelle and Nate) were awesome. Thank you guys so much for helping me get a great price on my 08' Xterra...even if it's not Ford. :) I'd recommend anyone who wants to deal with genuine, quality people to go see Chris and Michelle at Sheehy Ford in Midlothian, Va. My wife and I test drove several cars with Peter's help in June of 2012. Even though my wife decided on another car, we were impressed with our experience. A few months later in September, my 03 Ford Ranger decided for me it was time for a trade-in. It decided this by breaking down next door to Sheehy Ford in Richmond. I still had Peter's business card in my wallet and asked for him as I walked into the lobby. Peter took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for and in a few minutes had a list of trucks which met my needs. After thinking it over that evening, I came back to the dealer with my decision. I commented to Peter that if he made it worth it to me then there was no reason that I couldn't buy a new truck. It took him about 20 minutes to make it worth it! Peter has contacted me several times since the sale to make sure everything was ok and I really appreciate that. Peter fits into his role very well because he is a great salesman and you just can't beat a F-250. More
