I had been watching this car on autotrader.com for quite sometime and finally decided to go check it out. I was able to instant message with Brandon on the website and set up an appointment for that day! When I arrived the car was parked under an overhang, outside of the rain, with everything ready to go. Brandon has extraordinary people/communication skills which helped ease the tension of negotiation and also helped create overall conversation to build comfort. Excellent attention and customer service I've bought and sold many vehicles in my 53 years, but have rarely (if ever) found one that just did everything right. From the attention received by my Salesperson to the efficiency and effort put forth by the finance rep, this was a "goldilocks' just right" moment for me. I prefer to NOT go to a dealership until I'm ready to buy, and even though I started with email communications only, I never felt like I was set aside or ignored by Sheehy like I was with other dealers. My Salesperson, Kate, was never pushy, nor did she try to get me to change my mind on budget or options. She seemed to genuinely want to put me in the vehicle that I wanted, and worked very hard to get the pricing to within my needs. The finance manager, Bernie, performed a few miracles by getting me a rate that was better than any I had found, including through my Credit Union... I was shocked. So much so, that I ended up purchasing an extended warranty (something I have NEVER done), simply because it was a great deal, and I felt very lucky to have gotten my truck for such a good price and my financing at a fantastic rate. The entire process was fast, simple, and streamlined, and every employee at the dealership seemed to be happy to be there and happy that I was there. Just an overall VERY nice experience. Excellent Buying Experience!!! My wife and I were in the market to purchase a new vehicle but wanted something that proved to be difficult to find. Kate Van Arnum found exactly what My wife and I were in the market to purchase a new vehicle but wanted something that proved to be difficult to find. Kate Van Arnum found exactly what we were looking for and notified us via email with the vehicle specs. This dealer is not exactly close to us but we made the journey because of the excellent service we had received at that point. To my surprise the pricing indicated on the website was exactly what we paid so there were no surprises. With regards to the finance side of the house, this is what I typically dread but our experience at Sheehy was completely smooth with Michael. No pressures to buy any add on packages that we didn't want, great financing offers, and the desktop technology utilized did not mandate us to sign a bunch of paper documents. At the end we walked out with all of our documentation on a jump drive! Kate went over the vehicle in great detail with us prior to departure and answered all of our questions. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had in the region and we definitely would recommend checking out this dealer -give Kate a call! More
