Just purchased a 2012 Focus, I was very pleased by the overall customer service, and especially pleased with the salesman's knowledge of the product. Fantastic car buying experience - will recommend to anyone! I just bought a 2013 Mustang V6 from Sheehy Ford Ashland. I have bought quite a few cars before and, while every time I was eventually happy anyone! I just bought a 2013 Mustang V6 from Sheehy Ford Ashland. I have bought quite a few cars before and, while every time I was eventually happy with my deals, the process of getting there was often very lengthy and painful, with countless emails and phone calls across many dealerships. This time it all changed – I was able to strike a fantastic deal in less than a day and get the precise car I wanted with perfect overall servicing experience. The internet sales manager I worked with, Vinnie Ingarra, was one of the most skilled car sales managers I have ever dealt with and a great asset for the company. Couple points I wanted to mention: - He was genuinely interested in selling me a car I wanted and more focused on making a customer happy than making more money on a car. - He quickly understood my needs and my level of preparation for negotiations. With his second email, he came up with the offer that was absolutely fantastic (and I cross-checked plenty of dealers around). I avoided days of pointless negotiations on the car I most wanted in the entire Virginia. - His overall service was top notch – he focused on listening and understanding what I wanted versus trying to push me in a certain direction, like it happened with me many times before. Also, all my minor requests were fulfilled, and some of them were not free for the dealership. Special thanks to Derrick Pendergrass (General Sales Manager) for backing this deal and his willingness to promptly approve some of the extra favors I was asking for even after the deal was struck. Overall, Sheehy Ford of Ashland seems to have built a fantastic team that is genuinely interested in meeting customers’ needs and selling more cars rather than just trying to waste your time in pointless negotiations. I am definitely coming back when my next car swap is due. More

Robert from sales helped sync my phone to our f150 that we bought last year after the truck had been serviced ( the service department was just wonderful as always). My phone all of a sudden would not sync to the truck. Robert was awesome. He worked with the phone taking the back off several times, doing this and that and finally got it to work. Robert asked me if I knew about the features the truck had other than just making phone calls and I had to admit I did not. Robert went through the features, explained everything, encouraged questions, it was great. Robert was very kind, professional and seemed to really love what he does. Robert represents good old fashion service. Honesty, integrity, and interested in the customers satisfaction. The service given was outstanding. I went to Sheehy to purchase an used SUV that was one the lot. When I got there the vehicle was unavailable. Robert took the time to walk around the lot with me to find an vehicle that I was happy with. I fo lot. When I got there the vehicle was unavailable. I found an Toyota Camary that I liked and I took the vehicle home for an test drive while my paperwork was being processed. When I got back, I was advised that I could not get the vehicle. Robert looked on Sheehy website and found several vehicles that would be an match for me. After time spend and nothing was found after being there for about 5 hours, I left. When Robert called me back I was at another dealership looking at other vehicle. Because Robert was so nice and generous and took all the time that he did to make sure that I was satified, that was the reason I returned to get the Toyota that I wanted to purchase. I left satified and I thanked him for being patient with me and making sure that I was leaving an satified customer. He went thru all the necessary steps that most sales reps dont do and I appreciated him for that and that is why if in the furture if I am looking for another vehicle he would be the sales rep that I would go to. He takes pride in his customers and his job to make sure that customer satisfation is his main goal and objective. More
I have had problems with dealerships in the past promising one thing and doing something totally different. I had dealt with Victory Nisaan before Sheehy took it over and I was very unhappy with the promising one thing and doing something totally different. I then decided to try Sheehy in Ashland and I have to admit, it was the best experience in a dealership I have ever had. Steven was straight up honest with me and helped me get into the vehicle that my family really wanted. I really appreciate all his hard work in making this deal happen. I will defintely recommend Sheehy Ashland to my friends and relatives. More
