I purchased my 2002 Ford Taurus May 2005, from Calvin Boston, in which the entire process was a very pleasant one. My overall experience was top notched and my car is still doing GREAT! Haven't had to make any major repairs such as engine or transmission replacement. I have recommened Sheehy Ford in Ashland/Calvin Boston on a numerous occasion to those who are looking to purchase a new or used autombile. I saw a vehicle I was interested in online. When we arrived we were looking at the vehicle. Brantley approached us and asked if he could assist us in any way. I told him what I was interested in and he helped us take the vehicle for a test drive. I was very impressed with the vehicle,but more so impressed with staff, and how personal they all were. We wanted to look at a couple other vehicles elsewhere, and to my surprise there was no high pressure sales pitch, just polite staff that were very personable to us. I came back the next day and purchased the vehicle. I had mentioned to Brantley that it was an anniversary present for my wife. He had the vehicle detailed the next day and placed balloons in the front seat, and a bow on the door handle. He then took my wife around the vehicle and made sure that she was totally satisfied with it. We worked with Mike on all the paperwork, and I must say we were impressed how quickly the process went. Not the typical 4-6 hour deal. We will definitely recommend this dealership to others, and use them on future purchases. More

He did not try to steer us one way or the other, or try to sell us more than what we were looking for. When we narrowed down our search to a specific vehicle, he was very helpful and personable in locating the car and having it shipped from Maryland to the lot. When the car arrived, we were pleased, but we had a few concerns about some normal wear and tear on the vehicle (it was 3 years old). Darrell and his sales manager, Travis, were accomodating as they addressed and corrected each one of our concerns before we took ownership. The finance manager, Patrick, was very easy to work with as well. Overall, we love our vehicle and appreciate the effort that was shown to make us happy.
