When we narrowed down our search to a specific vehicle, he was very helpful and personable in locating the car and having it shipped from Maryland to the lot. When the car arrived, we were pleased, but we had a few concerns about some normal wear and tear on the vehicle (it was 3 years old). Darrell and his sales manager, Travis, were accomodating as they addressed and corrected each one of our concerns before we took ownership. The finance manager, Patrick, was very easy to work with as well. Overall, we love our vehicle and appreciate the effort that was shown to make us happy.
