Untruthful Talked to Marc about a new explorer, went to Sheehy to pick up explorer and Marc pointed out there was a scratch on the bumper,I offered to have a bo Talked to Marc about a new explorer, went to Sheehy to pick up explorer and Marc pointed out there was a scratch on the bumper,I offered to have a body shop near me to fix and Sheehy refused and told me they have to repair. Okay I agreed to let Sheehy repair the bumper, Marc said it would be done the next business day ( Monday) and would deliver to me. I called Marc on Monday to setup the delivery time and tells me the painter never showed up and it would be done on Tuesday and will deliver on Tuesday, then it becomes Wednesday. After talking to Derrick Pendergrass all he wants to go is sell me another explorer and pay the difference due to they have some lazy employees who can't show up to work when they are suppose to. The only thing Derrick got right was we screwed up and now we want to sell you a new explorer because we aren't making much money off this sale and purchase a new one where we are making money of the vehicle .Kevin McLaughlin won't return emails or phone calls some customer service. So to be honest with you go to another dealer and pay more and you will never regret it. More

Treated well from start to finish I had purchased my first vehicle from Sheehy in Ashland when I moved to Chesterfield in 2005. I looked around at other dealerships and car lots and af I had purchased my first vehicle from Sheehy in Ashland when I moved to Chesterfield in 2005. I looked around at other dealerships and car lots and after going through them, I decided to return back to Sheehy to see about purchasing my second car. From the time I visited the website to visiting the dealership, I knew that I should have just started there! Dealing with John Seal who was very nice to deal with from the moment I walked in the dealership. He made me very comfortable during the entire process from the test drive, working with me and showing me the numbers in regards what would be expected for financing the car and working with the finance guy, Trevor, for completing the transaction. Even though I could not get the value that I wanted in trading in my old vehicle, both worked with me to be able to finance the vehicle with no money down at a great rate! I have enjoyed the experience with Sheehy and when I am in the market for another car, I will start and end with Sheehy! More

Starting with our salesman John Seal, to the manager John McGrane to Vinnie Ingarra the sales manager. Buying a new car can be stressful these guys took the stress out of it. I was given a quote for a new car over the phone after speaking with John Seal and he delivered. No surprises when we arrived. We went to four other dealerships and Ashland Ford was superior to all of them. This includes Haley Ford, Crossroad Ford, Williamsburg Ford and Sheehy in midlothian. We felt like we were dealing with professionals from the time we arrived until when we left with our new car. When we trade our other car, we will go back and buy from them. They do not play games like the others. More

My husband had warned me that buying a car would probably be a painful experience. When we got to Sheehy in Ashland we had already picked out our car. Kerry met us outside the dealership and in just a short period of time we were in and out with our new car. We could not have been more pleased with the service Kerry provided. Buying Experience I had just started thinking about getting a new car when I took my Pontiac down to Sheehy of Ashland to be serviced. I hadn’t decided if I wanted new or used, car or SUV. Went inside to ask a question about the Fusion Hybrid and was directed to Brantley Slater. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! After talking a bit he said he thought the Fusion SE would better fit my needs. He knew everything about that car, showed me every bell and whistle and explained in simple language how everything worked. When I explained that I didn’t know what I wanted he asked if I wanted to go on a test drive, so I did. Even though it was nice, I wasn’t convinced it was what I wanted. He suggested I go look at other cars in that category (Malibu, Accord etc) said he was confident that I would come back to the Fusion. So I spent the rest of that day and the next test driving his competitor’s vehicles and he was right I liked the Fusion the best. I tell you that is a salesman who is confident in his product that he suggests you go try out the competition! He worked diligently to find the car with the color and options that I wanted and kept me abreast of everything. Called when he said he would (how refreshing), didn’t keep me waiting and was always there and ready when he said he would be. He made the whole buying process a very pleasant experience! This is my second vehicle from Sheehy Ford of Ashland and although my past experiences with everyone there has always been good, Brantley is definitely the cream of the crop! His professionalism, knowledge and dedication to me the customer is absolutely top notch. He is a definite asset to Sheehy Ford of Ashland and Ford Motor Company. More
