Before I decided to make the purchase, I had a long list of questions about the car, and Kevin patiently answered most questions off the top of his head, and if not, did the necessary research and answered my questions promptly. After I had already taken delivery, I needed to order a backup key, which had to be paid for in advance, and so that I would not have to make an additional trip to the dealership, Kevin thoughtfully paid for the key with his own funds, for which I made reimbursement when I visited the dealership to pick up the key. Kevin has stayed in touch since the sale, in case I had issues with the car (there were none) and to address further questions. I give only the highest marks to Kevin as a sales representative! More
