A friend at our bank recommended Sheehy Ford of Ashland and personally put us in touch with a friend there. He then passed us on to a salesman, Kevin Dougherty, who got right to it, answering all our questions by email before we even had a time scheduled to come by the dealership. We felt respected and cared for at every step of the process. Kevin took special note of some of our circumstances and helped us understand some of the short and long term issues to consider given our need for a car. We got exactly what we had wanted and hoped for and drove away in about 3 hours, after a leisurely and realized shopping experience. If all salesmen were like Kevin and all dealers like Sheehy Ford of Ashland, then there would be no jokes or stories about bad car buying experiences. Period. More
It takes a team! I'm not the easiest guy to deal with. I started shopping for a new truck in April and pulled the trigger on a new Ford F-150 Sunday. I studied. I drove truck after truck. I took one home overnight. I brought it back. Never thought I'd own a Ford. I took a lot of work by Lisa Johnson, Tony Nowlin, John McGrane, and Vinnie Ingarra plus who knows how many others behind the scene to execute this amazing transformation. They were patient, good natured, and mighty helpful. I can't say that about the other places i shopped. An old Chevy guy now dries a new Ford. More

Derrick Pendergrass was so awesome in helping locate a newer vehicle and with finding finance. Maurice Shands was so nice in helping and was a great help and John in finance was great as well. No Further Recommendations Unless They Correct This Issue On August 2, 2014 I and two other relatives purchased vehicles from the dealership. On Friday July 30, 2015 I went to trade the car which is in the sa On August 2, 2014 I and two other relatives purchased vehicles from the dealership. On Friday July 30, 2015 I went to trade the car which is in the same condition as when I purchased it less than a year ago and was advised that they now value the car at 15% worth the value that they sold it last year. I am a customer who has referred customer's. Sixteen of which purchased in the last two years and guess what I can't even get a telephone call to discuss my complaint. The car has been driven 6.298 miles in the 11 months since I purchased it from Sheehy and still has an extended warranty. You see until this experience I considered myself a long term, repeat, and loyal customer. Of course I feel differently today. More

My sales rep I found a better deal at Sheehy Ford Ashland than any other dealership I have shopped recently for the particular car I was shopping for. My sales rep, Lisa Johnson, was very attentive and helpful through the whole process. She never applied pressure but certainly let us know she was there to answer all questions and assist in any way she could. I love my car and am happy with the process I experienced at Sheehy Ashland. More
