I talked with my family which have bought from you guys before so I came to Ashland to see what i had to pick from. Kerry showed me the vehicle I wanted and helped tremendously with me being able to drive away in new vehicle that night. He was very nice and no pressure on me. Helped me with what i needed and got back to work in my new E-350 cutaway. Very professional, new what he was talking about, very nice, and was there for every question along the way. Best experience buying a new car that I have ever had. Thanks Kerry and I will see you next time im shopping for a new/used car. More

Took down our info then searched all Sheehy lots. Once he found some cars in our milage and price range he texted the info to us. He had one sent down that we liked. He worked with our work schedules to see it. Never once did we feel pressured to buy the car. Antoine found the right car for our growing family in our price range. Great job Sheehy Ford of Ashland. Excellent Sales and Service!!! A+ I just bought a new 2016 F150 V8 XLT from Sheehy Ford of Ashland. I love it! I was a difficult buyer. I test drove multiple trucks, stayed there al I just bought a new 2016 F150 V8 XLT from Sheehy Ford of Ashland. I love it! I was a difficult buyer. I test drove multiple trucks, stayed there all day, and ended up diving out in a 2016 F150 V6 2.7L XL. I was trying to save money, but soon realized that it was not the truck I wanted for the next 10 years. I went back the next day to upgrade to the 2016 F150 V8 XLT and I thought that the dealership was going to be upset with me. To my surprise they were extremely nice and took care of everything. My sales person, Robert Antoine Lovick, goes by Antoine, was so helpful during the buying process and afterwards. There were a couple of thing that had to be fixed to make the truck right for me and he took care of setting up the service and a loaner vehicle. Excellent service! Two other people that have been extremely courteous and helpful were Derrick Pendergrass, Director of Sales and Finance, and Vinnie Ingarra, Finance Manager. Derrick helped work up multiple quotes on different vehicles and Vinnie had to do all of the loan and purchasing documents twice since I returned the first vehicle. I am currently getting a spray-on bedliner from them and will return to them for all other service needs. Again, all of the people at Sheehy Ford of Ashland have been great, and I will request Antoine as my sales person in the future. More

Bip, Bam, Bop!! So, I'm just chilling in the parking lot with my wife looking at SUVs. Wasn't looking to buy anything that day, we were going to wait until October, b So, I'm just chilling in the parking lot with my wife looking at SUVs. Wasn't looking to buy anything that day, we were going to wait until October, but my wife had her eye on a Ford Edge and it was looking like i was doomed...Then, in EXPLODED, Kerry!! Like a golden eagle in all of it's glory!! That's the best way I can describe it. I have never met someone so happy to just be alive, much less sell me a vehicle. Working with Kerry was exhilarating to say the least. Coming from a sales background myself, I absolutely loved watching him do his thing. The man is GOOD, but part of what makes a great salesman is doing what KERRY did...Keeping the promises he made during the sale even after the sale was finalized. He even took my heckling and haggling(you know i had to try)like an absolute champ!! If you're looking to buy a car, don't waste your time with anyone else. It's easy at Sheehy, especially with Kerry! Ask Kerry yourself, he will bip, bam, bop your way right into the car you want and keep your budget too! More

Great first car buying experience After viewing many different Ford dealerships online and comparing prices for a little over a week I decided that the dealership seemed like the best After viewing many different Ford dealerships online and comparing prices for a little over a week I decided that the dealership seemed like the best option. They were kind enough to retrieve a car I was interested in at there Maryland dealership and bring it to Ashland so I could view it. After test driving the vehicle and such it was time to talk numbers. This is when the day seemed to be going South. The price was higher than I had expected from looking online and I did not understand why. This is when Derrick and Maurice come into play. They totally turned the day around. Derrick did an excellent job of explaining to us why the price was increased at the Ashland dealership and honestly this was something they didn't even control. After Derrick had explained all of this the rest of the process with Maurice and Vinnie was smooth and exciting. What I loved about Maurice and Vinnie is they weren't pushy. They just gave me the information and allowed me to come to my own decisions. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Ford. More
Worst experience with a dealer ever I will start with the good. I am happy with the vehicle I purchased and the price was good for a high mileage 2005 F-150. Worst customer service I I will start with the good. I am happy with the vehicle I purchased and the price was good for a high mileage 2005 F-150. Worst customer service I have ever experienced with a dealer. I initially emailed for information and price on the truck and was sent a link to the ad on the website, nothing new. I sent another email regarding price, no response from internet sales guy. Got an email from him a few days after I purchased my truck asking how my buying process was going...I did not respond. Went to dealer on Friday before Labor day, was there shortly after they opened, test drive, made deal no major issues. Sometime around 11:30 AM I finally got in with the finance guy and we did the paperwork. Around 12:30 my salesman, Maurice Shands, informed me they would not have time that day to wash and detail the truck and do some other minor body repair work. Was told to come back Monday, they could do it then. I asked Maurice, do I need an appointment? was told "you just made it with me." OK. Annoyed that I wasted my morning there I took truck home (again I really like the truck!). Was back there on Monday morning, Labor Day, when they opened. Was informed they could only detail it today, the body shop was closed due to the Holiday (angry face). I live in Midlothian, a 30 minute drive from the dealer. Was told I could bring it in any Thursday or Monday. Saying I would bring it in Thursday I left frustrated again. Wednesday, I emailed Maurice, to let him know that I could not bring it in on Thursday as my wife could not take me to work that day, I would bring it the following Monday. No response. I emailed again, to ask another question, no response. Sunday night I take it up and drop it of at the night drop with a list of what needs to be done. Around 10 on Monday I call to check on the status. Was told it would not be ready until five as I did not have an appointment (so Maurice did not let them know I was coming in), and btw in the process of getting to service I was disconnected. Around 3:30 I started calling to confirm it was going to be ready (hour long round trip, want to be sure). Nobody seemed to know what the status of the truck was, and I was disconnected or hung up on about 6 more times, no one could find Maurice, or maybe Moe was taking care of it...who knew, I kept getting transferred and hung up on. Finally got to Maurice's VM and left one. I think he called me shortly after that, as I was on they way at 4:40 or so, to tell me it would not be ready. They had done the body work only, no detailing and no cutting the second key. I needed my truck back, so I said do not worry about the detail, just cut the key and I will be there in 30 minutes. I arrive and sent my wife to go grab dinner for us as we had somewhere to be that was a 50 minute drive from the dealer. I go in, get sent over to Moe, who very non-apologetically tells me my car is not ready, they still have to cut and program the key and that would take an hour (really?!?!? an hour to cut a key and stick it in the ignition and turn it back and forth about 8 times, I quietly wondered to myself why they had not performed this extensive process during the other 8 hours they had my car). I told him I had to leave in 15 minutes. They did have the extra key to me and I was out of there in about 10 minutes. So 3 unanswered emails, 7 hangups, and 2 1-hour long round trips I left with my dirty truck. They asked if I would be bringing the truck back for detailing, I will NEVER set foot in this dealership again. More
