He then proceeded to find a salesmen ready to handle us and the prospected car we were there to buy. He quickly found Nikkolai who was ready to help us look and test drive the car. He was very helpful as they had just gotten the car transferred from another location hours ago and tucked it away so Nikkolai was helpful in finding the vehicle and helping us look at all what the car had to offer. He did not put pressure on us about buying and was very reassuring when we made the decision to purchase the vehicle. He also was very helpful when they were putting our paperwork through and updating us as much as possible. We then got turned over to the best finance guy around Kevin. He was very knowledgeable and walked my fiance and me throughout the whole process as this was our time financing a vehicle. He talked about all the options and what to expect. Kevin did his hardest to get the lowest rate and get the best deals. I couldn't ask for a better first time buying experience and they created a life long customer with me. Buying a vehicle After test driving Fords and other makes of cars we chose an Escape. The time it took to actually purchase the car was half the time it usually takes. Promised delivery between 8:00 and 8:30 and they arrived at 8:15. Delivery driver excellent. Let me test drive truck before he left to be sure I was satisfied. Completed all paper work in professional manner. Said he would follow up with salesman on a couple of issues I had. When they delivered the truck it was exactly as they said it would be.. Vincent called the next day to see that all was well and follow up on the couple of issues that I had. Promised to settle the issues. More

Helpful throughout I had found the truck I wished to purchase online, a 2008 Ford F-250 Lariat crew cab. Jennifer met me at the front door upon my arrival and immediatel I had found the truck I wished to purchase online, a 2008 Ford F-250 Lariat crew cab. Jennifer met me at the front door upon my arrival and immediately set about helping me locate the truck. As it turned out it had just recently been received by the dealership and was still in the shop. It had not been detailed and checked over by the shop yet, but that didn't prevent Jennifer from arranging an on the spot test drive for me! Throughout the price negotiations she was straight up and able to answer, or immediately find out the answer to any of my questions and I believe I got a fair price for the truck, warranty and optional service package. After the truck was inspected the following day it was determined that some repairs would be carried out to bring the vehicle up to spec. Once again Jennifer was helpful and informative throughout, with excellent communication keeping me up to date with reports from the shop throughout the week. I was pleased to see that she followed up on every detail and request I had regarding the truck long after the sale was made. She was charming, personable and professional from start to finish. I knew what I wanted and she made sure that I got! More
