Promised delivery between 8:00 and 8:30 and they arrived at 8:15. Delivery driver excellent. Let me test drive truck before he left to be sure I was satisfied. Completed all paper work in professional manner. Said he would follow up with salesman on a couple of issues I had. When they delivered the truck it was exactly as they said it would be.. Vincent called the next day to see that all was well and follow up on the couple of issues that I had. Promised to settle the issues. More

Helpful throughout I had found the truck I wished to purchase online, a 2008 Ford F-250 Lariat crew cab. Jennifer met me at the front door upon my arrival and immediatel I had found the truck I wished to purchase online, a 2008 Ford F-250 Lariat crew cab. Jennifer met me at the front door upon my arrival and immediately set about helping me locate the truck. As it turned out it had just recently been received by the dealership and was still in the shop. It had not been detailed and checked over by the shop yet, but that didn't prevent Jennifer from arranging an on the spot test drive for me! Throughout the price negotiations she was straight up and able to answer, or immediately find out the answer to any of my questions and I believe I got a fair price for the truck, warranty and optional service package. After the truck was inspected the following day it was determined that some repairs would be carried out to bring the vehicle up to spec. Once again Jennifer was helpful and informative throughout, with excellent communication keeping me up to date with reports from the shop throughout the week. I was pleased to see that she followed up on every detail and request I had regarding the truck long after the sale was made. She was charming, personable and professional from start to finish. I knew what I wanted and she made sure that I got! More

2017 PICKUP PURCHASE Went in Sheehy with list of truck and all options I wanted. Really lucked out and got a good sales professional (Vincent Terrell). Sheehy did not have what I was looking for so Vincent found it at another Sheehy Dealership. He then took the time to show me vehicles on the lot and extrapolated what the vehicle would be. We settled on a no hassle price and Mr. Terrell went and picked up the vehicle. Closing went smooth and I was on my way home with the identical truck I wanted with the exception of color. My wife changed my mind on that and I'm very pleased with her choice of color. Would highly recommend Sheehy Ashland and try to get Mr Terrell, you won't be disappointed. More
