I have purchased at least a dozen new vehicles in the past several years and most experiences were very stressful. Purchased a new F 150 this week from Sheehy Ford in Ashland Virginia. This was my 2nd EV purchase, but my first Ford. I was looking for a more comfortable ride than my Hyundai Ioniq 5, and set my sights on the Mustang Mach-E. I saw that the local Sheehy dealership ha I was looking for a more comfortable ride than my Hyundai Ioniq 5, and set my sights on the Mustang Mach-E. I saw that the local Sheehy dealership had a model that met my criteria, so I dropped by for a test ride. Justin Robbins met with me, and off we went. After a typical test ride, he suggested that I take it home for the night(!). I've never had a dealer suggest this, and I took him up on it. Needless to say, the next day we sealed the deal. Justin was great to work with, as was the entire team at Sheehy. I highly recommend Sheehy Ford of Ashland if you're looking for an EV car or truck. (I'm sure their ICE lineup is also very nice). He worked hard to find a truck in stock but I was very specific about what I wanted so he helped me put together the right packages and order the truck on January 12. He kept me updated on the progress of the build the March 27 he called to let me know it was being unloaded at Sheehy as we spoke. He got it through the shop and ready for me to pick up within a few hours. Ray worked very hard to get the price negotiated to where I was comfortable that I was getting a good deal. Ray is very patient, honest and sincere in everything he does. I'm sure I'll buy my next vehicle from Sheehy and Ray Edgell! I got the first 2024 that was delivered to Sheehy Ashland! With Vincent, the manager of the Ashland location, ALL 3 diligently worked to get the vehicle transferred to them and detailed and performed an additional inspection so that WE WERE TOTALLY SATISFIED with our purchase!!!
