He was very knowledgeable about the Explore Limited we were purchasing and could effectively show us how to use all of the electronics in the car. All of the promises he made regarding the sale were fulfilled without any issues. We are thankful to Vincent as well who was very warm, and knew that my husband and I would be a good fit with Kerry for this transaction. I give them both 5 stars. I gave the dealership 4 stars instead of 5, as I wasn't pleased with the financing portion of the transaction. Once we decided this was the vehicle for us, I felt like I was at a timeshare presentation when it came time to the financing portion. Instead of just giving us the best interest rate upfront, we had to go on a merry go around, and it was a very uncomfortable situation. At the end of the day we got the vehicle we like, Everyone was very nice and did their jobs, but I don't like the playing around/mind games with the interest rate. More
