When you walk in you are greeted happily and calmly. You are not made to feel like blood thirsty vultures are ready to pounce. You get honest answers to your questions with no pressure. I felt like I could relax, they have my back. Lisa Johnson is right there to answer any need or question. She makes sure you are comfortable, she gives you time to think if you need it. She can talk numbers with you and make the deal happen with you feeling good about it, not worried. She only wants you to love what you buy, and be glad you bought it. I purchased my first Ford about two years ago, and my experience was horrible after the fact. I overpaid, my servicing visits were unpleasant and my salesman was lackluster. Fast forward two years and I’ experience was horrible after the fact. I overpaid, my servicing visits were unpleasant and my salesman was lackluster. Fast forward two years and I’m feeling completely different about Ford in Ashland. The service staff can be good or bad depending on the day but the servicing team gets the job done. Eric, the finance manger, is amazing, he was able to get me an amazing offer and he was flexible with my needs. A quality he possessed two years ago, but now he seems genuinely interested. Maurice, my salesman, is seasoned and typically knows his stuff. His ultimate goal is to see you happy and despite some interpersonal shortcomings, he’s a good guy. If you like Ford, the team in Ashland is going to do what they have to, to get you in a vehicle. My only advice is make sure it’s what you want, and command the staffs attention if you feel your needs aren’t being met. More
