When he had to work with another customer, someone else from the team stepped in with the exact same excellent attitude and approach. Eric and the finance team were top notch as well. The truck ended up having an issue the day after we got it, which is no fault of Sheehy. They carved out an appointment the next day, provided a loaner car, fixed the part, and the bill came out to $0. When the time comes to purchase again, we know we will be back! More
