I scheduled an appointment to get brake pads and I was told it be 3 1/2 hours to replace brake pads I think not. Then the mechanic comes out throughout that time saying 30 minutes 15 more minutes etc. I c told it be 3 1/2 hours to replace brake pads I think not. That was poor customer service and then they tried to get more money out of me saying more things were wrong with my car which I had just fixed and passed inspection. I will not be bringing my car back here and I recommend no one else does either. They think they can have someone wait who has kids that long and who had to call out of work because they were told it would take an hour to hour an a half. More
