Excellent customer service, knows the cars, and works diligently to get the process flowing. I ordered a custom 2022 F-250 and it came delivered to the dealership in pristine condition. Zach made the extra effort to make sure the truck and tires were polished and ready for me to test drive it when I got there. It took several months for it to be made, but that's on the manufacture side and he warned me of the timeframe. On the finance side, Eric Ruiz was friendly, professional, accurate, and quick with the paperwork with none of the bluster. He made sure that I paid for what I wanted and was covered appropriately.
