Refreshing experience a Sheehy Ford in Ashland, VA I had a last minute visit to Sheehy Ford while In the middle of an East Coast road trip, my check engine light came on while approaching Ashland. I looked up the nearest Ford dealer and pulled in without an appointment late in the day. Brad welcomed me and gave me an appointment for first thing the next morning. I over-nighted in a nearby hotel and, as promised, I was first in the door at 7AM and had a diagnosis within 90 minutes. The technician provided video evidence of his findings. Brad wrote up a quote, and 2 hours later I was on my way. Meanwhile, I did my own research on what i needed and how much it should coast - they were right on target. From the greeters in the service bay, to the technician to Brad the "heavy-vehicle service advisor", I - and my vehicle- were treated with great care and understanding. Well done. Thank you More

Farid Rasooli did an exceptional job of understanding what I wanted out of vehicle. He listened more than he talked. He asked more questions than he made statements. And overall, he recognized that I was his buyer and not my husband. He was bold, yet professional and polite, when my husband would imply want I wanted and he would bring the focus back to what was important to me, his buyer. Overall what really stuck out to me was that at no point in the experience did he try to sell me a car; he guided me through the decision making process that ultimately led to me making a purchase. He built trust early on, was respectful and knowledgeable, and created a relationship with our whole family as a part of this transaction.
