I have been to this location three times. Each time the interior of my vehicle was returned to me dirty. On my second visit I informed the assistant manager of the department and she had the Each time the interior of my vehicle was returned to me dirty. I should not have to write a review like this as a customer that has owned Cadillac’s my entire adult life. The quality of care has gone out the window and it’s very disappointing. To add to the situation. As a disabled veteran who has gone to war to give our country a greater quality of life it’s very disappointing. I can say that when I was in the trenches of war I never laid down or gave up. I knew the cause was bigger than just me. With that being said I am considering a new location to service my 2021 Cadillac Escalade. More
