We appreciate your feedback. This particular recall that General Motors released is time consuming as there are multiple steps in the process. It could take up to 4 hours to perform the recall normally, but if one of those steps glitches or there is a connection issue with the download from GM, the process has to start over again from the beginning. We apologize for any inconvenience
