Sometimes things are out of our control when we depend on other people to complete a service but Carlos made sure that my service request was completed and I was treated right. Jim Reardon in Cadillac dealership was very accommodating and did a great job. One thing I was disappointed and tried to read or scan my computer for problem codes, but it would not turn on. i wanted an estimate. i had to pay for a diagnostic test to get one. i could not get a range of what it would cost. so, i agreed to the diagnostic test for $265. then, i w i had to pay for a diagnostic test to get one. i could not get a range of what it would cost. so, i agreed to the diagnostic test for $265. then, i was told the diagnostic test found $1200 of work that was needed, but after that was taken care of it may not fix the problem, but diagnostic could then tell what other work might be needed. again no info could be provided re chance of need for more, range of how much it should be. i also got text advising of a half a dozen other things i should buy, at much higher prices than say auto zone or jiffy lube. i waited well over an hour for a driver after being told he'd arrive shortly. he was a nice guy. he picked me up from home promptly so i could retrieve my car. More
