He has been the best I have ever had with the quickness of my service needs and advising me when something needs to be done to my car. I give him 5 stars. As far as Rebecca Hustle is concerned, I have never been in contact with any part of a management team as good as Rebecca when it comes to resolving any problems or concerns about my vehicle. Her personality is very enlightening and willingness to help with any matter is a joy. She gets a A++++ 5 star rating from me and is a huge asset to Sheehan. It is a pleasure dealing with Sheehan and highly recommend them. More

And I must mention the walk out of the door, back to my vehicle with the rep. Sheila answering all of my questions. I appreciated the warm, and professional atmosphere while waiting for my truck. Great Service would like to transplant Sheehan to NYC Purchased my 2014 XTS new in NYC where I go for routine service and I felt that they did a good job. Drove down to FLA for a six week stay and my ca Purchased my 2014 XTS new in NYC where I go for routine service and I felt that they did a good job. Drove down to FLA for a six week stay and my car needed service. I made a service appointment which I had to cancel on two separate occasions an had no problem in doing so. I arrived at the service center early today and was greeted by Jim Reardon their service advisor. He was very cordial and asked what I needed to have done. He informed me that along with my request the vehicle was also due for various new filters that were under warranty. I was pleased with that. I was going to wait while the repairs were done in a very comfortable waiting area. Jim came in and told me that my cars battery had just died and I would not sustain a charge and that they would install a new battery also under warranty. I was very pleased with that. The work was done expeditiously. Jim asked if I wanted a complementary car wash. I said sure. I was pleased with that. This was probably the best customer service that I ever experienced. Five Stars to Sheehan Cadillac and their service advisor James Reardon. If I lived in the area this would draw me back for my next new purcahse. More

Went back to sheehan cadillac on Tuesday to get the car, was told car was sold on Monday after getting the buyers order to get car. Now I'm out of a car, and very upset. Very awful business . The used car general manager is very rude, and doesn't know how to talk to people. Do not take their word!!!!! It means nothing. More
