He has been outstanding in helping me through the years, and I must say is a key factor for me continuing my service with this dealership;. I can trust him, and as a single female this is most important. This visit I met Rebecca Hussle, Customer Experience Manager. What a delightful young lady. She told me of services I was unaware of and helped me with Onstar. In my opinion she is a great addition to the office and I look foraward to working with her in the future as she extended herself to help me in any way. More

OnStar Saved My Wife A year ago I purchased a 2014 SRX Performance (certified pre-owned). For about a month after my purchase the dealer kept reminding about the free tria A year ago I purchased a 2014 SRX Performance (certified pre-owned). For about a month after my purchase the dealer kept reminding about the free trial OnStar subscription. At first I wasn’t interested but eventually gave in and signed up for the trial. One day, my wife calls me while I am out of town for work to tell me she has a flat, she ran over something. I was away and didn’t really have access to the Roadside Assistance phone number. At that moment I remembered I had about 3 Days left on my trial. I instructed her to “push the button”. She did, and 17 minutes later a Service Tech arrived to help her out. As per her, he was very nice and professional. Needless to say, later that night I added an OnStar subscription to the vehicle. I am very grateful the dealership pushed me into setting it up for the trial. Since then, the folks at Sheehan Cadillac have been great. My car is being taken care when needed and they make you feel very welcome and comfortable. Everyone is very friendly. I highly recommend this Delearship for anyone interested in purchasing a new or pre-owned Cadillac!!!! More

We had just arrived in Florida from Michigan and they (Brian Goodman) were willing to fit us. This was our first experience with the new management. After the cruise we continued our travels and are just back in Florida now. We were extremely pleased with the friendly staff. At that time Rebecca Hussle came out and introduced herself to us. She was willing to share information about "onstar" with us. We had very limited time so we went in today. She was very helpful in explaining the onstar features. We actually had onstar and didn't realize it. After going through all the features we are very excited to use it to its full potential. Thank you again for excellent service and information regarding our car. More
Impressed To whom it may concern, I was searching for a Chevrolet dealership for an oil change and filter for my Tahoe. I made a 10am. at Lou Bachrodt. I walke To whom it may concern, I was searching for a Chevrolet dealership for an oil change and filter for my Tahoe. I made a 10am. at Lou Bachrodt. I walked into the main entrance and saw no one. I asked a customer if anyone works here. She laughed. I walked around saying hello, hello, hello. Finally a gentleman came out of an office and directed me to the service department. I was instructed to ask for Bruce, he acknowledged me and told me to pull up and he would take the Tahoe. 30 min went by and the Tahoe is still parked in the same spot, so I asked Bruce how long will this take. He didn't provide me an exact time, he stated maybe 3 hours. He informed me that if prior customer's have other issues then that will prolong my appointment. From my perspective what's the point of scheduling an appointment, if the dealership doesn't honor its word. In addition, I asked him why doesn't the appointment booking person inform the customer's of this. Bruce said he had nothing to do with that. Then he asked me if I wanted to make another appointment. He seemed like a nice person, but I told him I have no interest in going through this nonsense again, wasting my time and I don't appreciate being mislead, not cool. First impressions matter and I was not impressed at all. 30 min. later I received a message from the dealership saying I have a 10am. appointment and asking me to let them know if I was coming. Clearly, this dealership does not communicate with each other and are disorganized, huge red flags. I called back and spoke to a gentleman and filled him in on my experience and informed him the reasons why I'm breaking up with the dealership. He apologized and said he understood. As I was driving down Federal highway, I pulled into Sheeham Cadillac. I asked a gentleman who was standing outside where could I get an oil change and filter. He was kind enough to direct me to the service department to ask them if they could do it. I entered and everyone was smiling, happy and acknowledged me promptly, I got a good vibe. I spoke to a gentleman named Jamie, he informed me of the price, timeline and answered all my questions. Plus, he took the time to explain additional information regarding my Tahoe, that I was not aware of. Jamie was professional, thorough and gave me a courtesy wash and vacuum. He is not only a man of his word, he gave me peace of mind that my Tahoe was in good hands. A beautiful lady named Rebecca approached me and we started chatting. She gave me some coupons and cards of restaurant's. I felt as I had know her for years and she made me feel at home. She set up my ONSTAR and located another Chevy dealership to get my recall looked after. She was professional, courteous, kind and over the top helpful. After meeting Rebecca and Jamie, I was impressed! I want to thank Lou Batchrodt dealership for not keeping their word because I would have never gone to Sheehan Cadillac. I would rather be at a 5 star, that I can trust! At the end of the day, I am very grateful and appreciated the deal, but it is difficult to find human's with integrity and good character. Because of Jamie, Rebecca and the strong team at Sheehan Cadillac not only will I return, I will refer this 5 star dealership to everyone I know and meet! Thank you so much for making my day better!
