They reprogrammed my vehicle and it's running better now than it has in many months, I am very upset with Colonial Motor Mart of Indiana, Pa 15701. I have bought over 12 Escalade over the years and service has gone down hill. My next several new Escalade will be from Sheehan. 2019 is in the near future. Thanks Jamie and Rebecca. Best Customer Service Ever I stopped by the dealership just to get my tire pressure checked and to my surprise, I was offered a complementary car wash! While I was waiting, I wa I stopped by the dealership just to get my tire pressure checked and to my surprise, I was offered a complementary car wash! While I was waiting, I was greeted by Rebecca Hussle. She was so sweet! It was Valentines Day and she greeted me with a complementary smoothie, a rose and a balloon! Then she hooked me up with three free months of On-Star and helped me set it up. I was blown away by the level of courtesy and appreciation given to me for being a customer. I give them a 12 out of 10! More

Great Service Department I have a 2010 CTS with 21,000 miles and a 2016 CT6 Platinum with 6,000 miles. I recently took the 2010 in to the Sheehan Cadillac Service department I have a 2010 CTS with 21,000 miles and a 2016 CT6 Platinum with 6,000 miles. I recently took the 2010 in to the Sheehan Cadillac Service department to have 4 new tires and alignment,, new engine oil, and all new fluids and filters, etc. My Service Advisor was Brian Goodman. My bill was $2300.00. Brian was professional, sincere and experienced. He followed the work with the mechanic, took me back in the garage to visit the car while being serviced, provided me with a loner car for 2 days and was the only service advisor in the shop at 4:00PM on Saturday.to turn the car back over to me. I am a 67 year-old Professional Engineer who still practices daily. Consequently, my expectations would have been higher than that of others. Brian's personal attention, his knowledge, and the absence of bull____ make Brian an asset to the dealership and professional to be trusted. Keep up the good work Brian, Thanks, John W. I went into her office and she found my account and contacted on star customer service and asked if there is any way we can lower my payments of $73.00 a month if there was any promotions the rep. put us on hold for a few minutes and came back with a monthly payment of $34.00 a month that was a $400.00 a year savings to me.. A BIG THANK YOU TO REBECCA HUSSLE!!! More
