I must compliment ROBERT… He is the gentleman you first see when bringing in your car for maintenance,etc. I had a complex problem with my 2017 XT5. I was disappointed in the overall service purchasing lease new Cadillac XT4 on Aug 8/23. First of, got the car, the salesman didn’t have the patience to show me the gadgets on the car, left the dealersh lease new Cadillac XT4 on Aug 8/23. First of, got the car, the salesman didn’t have the patience to show me the gadgets on the car, left the dealership with the new SUV, and I realized I was not given the registration license after a few days…. I had to drive back which takes me 25 minutes from where I live to get it….. A few days later again I see no paperwork of the signed lease… I called again to the salesman and he told me he had given it to me with the booklet…. I said no otherwise why would I come all the way again to the dealership… at the same time I told him I need a “tech”to show me how to use the new features… and said he can show me and i said I’d rather get someone that who is tech knowledge… finally went to the service and no still they didn’t want to have someone from the service to be interrupted… I left very disappointed and managed to play around with the device… maybe they should hire me to teach other people to use it with patience… More

Onstar alerted me of an emissions issue and I took my caddy into Sheehan the next day. I received great service, they drove me home and picked me up when my car was ready. Laurie Miller went out of her way to help me with my 1997 Cadillac. I flew in from out of town and wanted a certified Cadillac dealer to check out a Cadillac I was interested in buying from a small car deal Cadillac. I flew in from out of town and wanted a certified Cadillac dealer to check out a Cadillac I was interested in buying from a small car dealer. I was under a time constraint due to a return flight. Laurie made sure all the checks were done professionally and in a timely manner. There was also another lady in the service department, I don't remember her name, who was very friendly and welcoming. Many, many thanks! While I was waiting, I met a salesman named Mark Ferrari that was into older Cadillacs like myself. We had a great time talking about the older models and sharing pictures of the ones we have or have had. We've even texted several times since I flew home to keep the great Cadillac chat going! This is one of the best dealerships I have encountered on my travels. I have purchased many Cadillacs in many locations and have dealt with many dealers. Sheehan is now at the top of my list! Many thanks to all that helped and made this a great experience. More
