I had issue with the lock if the rear door. I called service department spoke with Carlos he suggested to try something but it need service. Carlos scheduled me for service. Car was filthy. Mechanical Grease fingerprints on vehicle and blue tire glue all over tires and wheels. Tire pressures all different by up to 5 pounds on brand new Mechanical Grease fingerprints on vehicle and blue tire glue all over tires and wheels. Tire pressures all different by up to 5 pounds on brand new tires according to digital sensor on dash. New tires are so noisy that im seriously questioning whether an alignment was even done, but if it was then these new bridgestones are very loud..totally not expected by cadillac. More
