First, Jim helped me get my car over to service and took excellent notes about what my concerns were. I say were because they addressed them all with no cost since I have a lease. Then Karl the driver took me and also my business partner who was bringing in his wife's Hummer. Upon return, Karl picked us up and took us back to the dealership where our cars were ready and waiting. They communicate with us during the day so we both knew when the vehicles would be ready. Then Rebecca Hussle helped me get my On Star Service reinstated with a new promotion for 3++ months. She gave me some discount cards and my Sweetheart and I went to Bonefish Grille for our anniversary. I am a Cadillac Fanatic...... Thank you... More

I Just a note to let you know that the service I receive from Rebecca Hussle, Customer Experience Mgr, and Jim Reardon, Service Rep...is OUTSTANDING! I had been a Lincoln customer flease or over 13 years and when Cadillac had a lease offer in June 1915...I just had to test drive a Cadillac! Well I did and Loved it. (I bought it from Coral Cadillac and Sheehan bought the dealership in 2017.) What a beautiful ride the Cadillac gives you! And Rebecca always comes and visits me (and has offers from local Restaurants to give me), while waiting for the Complimentary Oil Change and TIre Rotation) and Jim always pays close attention to my needs if I need more then an oil change. Just can't say enought great things about these 2 employees. And let me also say that Matt....who was in the Service Dept and has now been promoted to the business office...has been so very kind and pleasent to me every time I'd stop in for a car wash and to get air in my tires. I am hoping and looking forward to be a Sheehan customer for many years to come....and to see how my next purchase is handled,as my Lease is up in June 2018. More

plain and simple, they lie continuously to sell vehicles! sheehan cadillac is the biggest ripoff I have ever dealt with in all my years of buying vehicles. They had a 2009 escalade hybrid that was listed onli sheehan cadillac is the biggest ripoff I have ever dealt with in all my years of buying vehicles. They had a 2009 escalade hybrid that was listed online that i was interested in. I was working with james heon on the vehicle over the phone because i am over 850miles away. I was told the vehicle was in tip top shape cosmetically with but just one scratch that was visible and one door ding that was visible and everything on the vehicle was in good working order mechanically as well and that the scratch can be taken care of when they detail the vehicle. Then after i made an offer on the vehicle i was informed in fact that they actually took the vehicle in on trade because it was in service for transmission shifting issues. I was hesitant at this point but was under the impression that this dealership was honest and up front in representing the vehicle as i was buying it over the phone and relying on there description of the vehicle. So we worked a deal where they knocked off some on the purchase price to cover some cost towards having the transmission fixed. I purchased the vehicle on aug-23rd, I received the vehicle from transport on the 30th and the dealership had all paperwork signed they needed on the vehicle by aug 26th. I was told all my paperwork for the vehicle was mailed out to me on the 29th but i didnt receive them till the 22nd of next month and that was after i had to call 5 or 6 different times about them. I understand the hurricane was in that time frame but it was suppose to be mailed out almost 2 weeks before the hurricane come about. This dealership is very unorganized and once they get there money for a vehicle its to xxxx with the customer and what they need to even register the vehicle. Now to the bigger issue, I picked the vehicle up from the shipped and immediately noticed a loud clicking noise from the rear end of the vehicle. The faster i get the more pronounced the noise gets. Come to find out after the rear end was inspected, The factory carrier unit in the rear end was bad as well as the pinion bearings. I called sheehan and spoke with one of the pre-owned managers I believe his name was mark and informed him that not only was the transmission bad, that the rear end was bad as well and it was never mentioned when buying the vehicle. His response was "you bought it as is" and goes on to say he never heard any noise from the rear end and then come to find out they never actually had a service tech look over the vehicle. The rear end could be heard across the parking lot with the car rolling at idle, it was that loud so its hard for me to believe that no one at the dealership heard this thing. Then to add to it, I started noticing this vehicle had major dents all over it like hail damage and the rear bumper looked to have been hit by another vehicle, dents all down the side and big gouges to the metal down the rear hatch about 6" long each and the vehicle was never detailed as i was promised. I brought all this to the attention of james heon my salesman and got no response. So it just goes to show this dealership is a fraud and will lie and mislead you to make a sale. I was lied to countless times from this dealership just on this one sale and it cost me to find that out so i could imagine its a every day routine for these ppl to make a sale. More
