We have never purchased a vehicle out of state until we entered Sheehan Cadillac and met Mark Ferrari. We live in Indiana and were on vacation in Pompano Beach, Florida. We have purchased new Cadillacs for many years and mostly at the same dealership. Mark welcomed us to the dealership and presented a professional image which the dealership should be proud of having him representing its company. He was very pleasant and supportive of our needs from the first minute. He even helped us on his day off! Great experience From the moment I arrived at Sheehan Cadillac, I knew this was going to be a great experience. I was first met by Eric Trouillot, I mentioned to him t From the moment I arrived at Sheehan Cadillac, I knew this was going to be a great experience. I was first met by Eric Trouillot, I mentioned to him that I was here to meet Mark Ferrari to see a vehicle. Instead of turning away because I already had a salesman, Eric made sure that he made himself available to answer any questions and in fact took me out for the test drive. It was past closing but we made the deal. I had two salesmen to sell me one car. They made sure that they heard all of the things that I wanted corrected before I took possession of the vehicle. In fact they were collaborating on what would be the best place to take the car to. These guys really made sure that I would be 1000% satisfied. My dad was a Cadillac guy and I always said that I would own one too. Know I know why he loved cadillac’s, it’s a fantastic car, but it’s also the people that you meet. Sheehan Cadillac rocks!!!
