Above and beyond I bought a used car from Casio at Sheehan. The car was in really good condition, but I knew I was buying a used car. Two days after the transaction, I bought a used car from Casio at Sheehan. The car was in really good condition, but I knew I was buying a used car. Two days after the transaction, there was an issue with the car. I've never had a used car dealer assist with the issue, whether it was emotional support or otherwise. Casio was there with the communication (post-sale) and his sales manager, Kirk, helped Sheehan step up to the plate and hit it out of the park. Kudos to them for their commitment to customer service.
