"VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE" I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Sheehan Cadillac on 7/14/2019 that was financed. I did not take delivery of the vehicle and then cancelled the pu I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Sheehan Cadillac on 7/14/2019 that was financed. I did not take delivery of the vehicle and then cancelled the purchase the very next day and requested for the manager to inform the bank and finance department of the cancellation. The following day the salesman called me to inform me that the deal had already been processed by the bank and that it cannot be cancelled and would cost me $1,744.00 for Sheehan to purchase the vehicle back from me. This was a lot of money to lose especially as I never even took delivery. I had no choice and paid the $1,744.00. I then contacted the bank to confirm that I was not liable for the monthly payments and the bank informed me that the transaction was never processed, retracted and cancelled. Once I heard that the deal was never processed by the bank and in fact I never owned the vehicle and therefore I could not have sold the vehicle back to Sheehan I contacted the salesman informing him of the situation and asking for a refund of the $1,744.00 paid. His manager responded with threats of legal action and that they would not refund the $1,744.00. They are not keeping up to their promise “we will treat you with honesty and integrity”. THIS HAS BEEN A VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE AND NOT SOMETHING THAT YOU WOULD EXPECT FROM SHEEHAN AS THEY ARE REPUTIALE AND CADILLAC DEALER OF THE YEAR 2017 & 2018. I am considering all my options including taking Sheehan to the small claims court to recover my $1,744.00. More

We settled on a sporty white XT4, which has ZERO turbo lag, and drives incredibly smooth. The dealership offers an unbeatable concierge service regardless which Cadillac you chose. Mark was patient and took time making sure I understood how to use all of the features and technology my SUV offers. I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else and I’m looking forward to getting another Cadillac in 3 years at Sheehan! More
