Arrived at 4:15pm (dealership closed at 5pm) just to test drive and get a trade in appraisal on my 201 Worked with Mark Ferrari to lease my 2019 XT5. Arrived at 4:15pm (dealership closed at 5pm) just to test drive and get a trade in appraisal on my 2017 ATS purchased from the same dealership. Even though it was December 30 and I could tell that Mark had personal commitments, the entire team stayed until 7:15pm to make the deal so I could leave in my new vehicle. Mark ensured a proper delivery even at that late hour, walking me through all the feature of the vehicle and setting up my OnStar account. I also received a very fair price for my trade-in.
