I scheduled my service online Friday, Nov. 18, 2022, and was able to lock in a service appointment (oil change and tire rotation plus multipoint inspection) for 8am on Sat. 19, 2022. The morn 18, 2022, and was able to lock in a service appointment (oil change and tire rotation plus multipoint inspection) for 8am on Sat. 19, 2022. The morning of my appointment I was greeted by Robert Farkas at the door, and he reviewed my service request and inspected my vehicle to provide me other service options and also asked me if I had any coupons for the service. He advised me that my appointment should not take more than 1 1/2hours with the included carwash. I then proceeded to the waiting room. I received notification that my car was ready at 9:13am and was on my way soon afterwards. I also left with quotes on 3 different brands of tires since I was advised that I was nearing the wear make on tires. Thanking Robert and Sheehan team for the great Service! Regards, Steven D. More
I would love to see a CADILLAC DEALERSHIP step up to the plate and do something to help out their brand customers with the infamous CUE system 2013 -2017 jel screen. There is a class action suit pending in plate and do something to help out their brand customers with the infamous CUE system 2013 -2017 jel screen. There is a class action suit pending in the courts and Cadillac knows these screens are faulty, especially in hotter climates . The replacement part which a skilled technician can install in about one hour costs less than $50 plus labor. But Cadillac dealers are mostly tossing the console and forcing customers to purchase an entire new console for over $1500. Some dealers to show good faith are doing the repair for about $500 according to Cadillac owners blog, but not here. They want their $1000 per car irrespective of what damage they have done to the brand. I have owned 14 Cadillac’s over the last 41 years, 1 Corvette, and 1 Yukon that I purchased from Sheehan GMC BUICK. This is my third CUE SCREEN but now I’m done. Cadillac isn’t what it use to be, integrity isn’t what it use to be. Customer service is an oxymoron. Doing what’s right doesn’t matter anymore. More
Excellent service at Sheehan Cadillac. I arrived without an appointment and nonetheless Vanessa was quick to get my 2013 ATS in the queue and serviced relatively quickly. Communication was I arrived without an appointment and nonetheless Vanessa was quick to get my 2013 ATS in the queue and serviced relatively quickly. Communication was clear and transparent on the process and assurance was given on the cost and next steps. Vanessa also arranged for alternate transportation/shuttle service during the time my ATS was in the shop (less than 1 day). I will recommend Sheehan Cadillac to friends and family, and I would return with any future service needs. More
Dealer service advisor Robert is honest, caring and listens to the customer. He’s by far in a league of his own. The check in guy before you see the service advisor, is the most polite and courteous listens to the customer. He’s by far in a league of his own. They're okay, I guess if you're happy with a CarMax experience. So long as you understand that regardless of what might be said by the salesman, the price they list online for their used Cadillacs i experience. So long as you understand that regardless of what might be said by the salesman, the price they list online for their used Cadillacs is all they can offer. I was told by my salesman via voicemail that my offer ($2200 below ask) was low, but that if I could raise it another $700 we would have a deal. I countered with $2000 below ask, then when I spoke with him on the phone to follow up, he changed it to the online price (a difference of $1400), saying that was all he could do. I subsequently called and spoke on the phone with both the sales manager, Mark Gerke, and the preowned manager, Frank Gambone to see if there was some confusion. I asked Mr Gambone to counter my offer if he thought it was too low and he declined and just went on about the price listed online was the price. If Sheehan's intent is to not negotiate pricing with their customers, perhaps they should say as much so the public understands it's the same as CarMax and not to waste time with this dealership if they don't agree with the online price listed.
