I was recently at Sheehan Cadillac to look at the new XT4 and possibly trade in my 2019 XT5. Talya Alanez was my wonderful salesperson. She was extremely knowledgeable about the car and very accommodating and possibly trade in my 2019 XT5. Talya Alanez was my wonderful salesperson. She was extremely knowledgeable about the car and very accommodating with my requests to test drive different models. I was actively searching for different cars, but honestly, it was Talya who got me hooked on the XT4. Additionally, she was able to get me to the to the price I felt comfortable with. Her customer service was unparalleled, walking me through every step of the way with both the purchase of the new XT4 and the sale of my XT5. She was available for phone texts with my concerns and questions were answered quickly, even in the evening. I highly and l without hesitation recommend seeing Talya if you THINK you're in the market for a Cadillac! More
I have been to this location three times. Each time the interior of my vehicle was returned to me dirty. I should not have to write a review like this as a customer that has owned Cadillac’s my entire adult life. The quality of care has gone out the window and it’s very disappointing. To add to the situation. As a disabled veteran who has gone to war to give our country a greater quality of life it’s very disappointing. I can say that when I was in the trenches of war I never laid down or gave up. I knew the cause was bigger than just me. With that being said I am considering a new location to service my 2021 Cadillac Escalade. More
