They're okay, I guess if you're happy with a CarMax experience. So long as you understand that regardless of what might be said by the salesman, the price they list online for their used Cadillacs i experience. I was told by my salesman via voicemail that my offer ($2200 below ask) was low, but that if I could raise it another $700 we would have a deal. I countered with $2000 below ask, then when I spoke with him on the phone to follow up, he changed it to the online price (a difference of $1400), saying that was all he could do. I subsequently called and spoke on the phone with both the sales manager, Mark Gerke, and the preowned manager, Frank Gambone to see if there was some confusion. I asked Mr Gambone to counter my offer if he thought it was too low and he declined and just went on about the price listed online was the price. If Sheehan's intent is to not negotiate pricing with their customers, perhaps they should say as much so the public understands it's the same as CarMax and not to waste time with this dealership if they don't agree with the online price listed. More

This place is horrible. I bought a brand new 2022 Cadillac had a defective computer system and needed new modules in the 1st two week. I took it in, they ordered the new modules and it took until over 8 weeks to get them in. Then when they called me to schedule service, they told me I had to purchase my own rental car. They told me the only way they would provide transportation while fixing my car is if the car was unsafe or disabled. I can't believe a company like Cadillac would treat a customer like this. These vehicles cost a lot of money, and when one is defective within the first 2 weeks, I expect to be provide a car while the issue if being fixed. This is my second Cadillac and I will never purchase Cadillac again. Do not go to Sheehan Cadillac for service. More
