Hi my name is Zach I just bought a 2023 Escalade the best service, Mark sales manager took very good care of us. The service tech show me how to use the vehicle give me as much time as I need it I could’ve w service, Mark sales manager took very good care of us. Laurie Miller went out of her way to help me with my 1997 Cadillac. I flew in from out of town and wanted a certified Cadillac dealer to check out a Cadillac I was interested in buying from a small car deal Cadillac. I flew in from out of town and wanted a certified Cadillac dealer to check out a Cadillac I was interested in buying from a small car dealer. I was under a time constraint due to a return flight. Laurie made sure all the checks were done professionally and in a timely manner. There was also another lady in the service department, I don't remember her name, who was very friendly and welcoming. Many, many thanks! While I was waiting, I met a salesman named Mark Ferrari that was into older Cadillacs like myself. We had a great time talking about the older models and sharing pictures of the ones we have or have had. We've even texted several times since I flew home to keep the great Cadillac chat going! This is one of the best dealerships I have encountered on my travels. I have purchased many Cadillacs in many locations and have dealt with many dealers. Sheehan is now at the top of my list! Many thanks to all that helped and made this a great experience. More
