I was disappointed in the overall service purchasing lease new Cadillac XT4 on Aug 8/23. First of, got the car, the salesman didn’t have the patience to show me the gadgets on the car, left the dealersh lease new Cadillac XT4 on Aug 8/23. First of, got the car, the salesman didn’t have the patience to show me the gadgets on the car, left the dealership with the new SUV, and I realized I was not given the registration license after a few days…. I had to drive back which takes me 25 minutes from where I live to get it….. A few days later again I see no paperwork of the signed lease… I called again to the salesman and he told me he had given it to me with the booklet…. I said no otherwise why would I come all the way again to the dealership… at the same time I told him I need a “tech”to show me how to use the new features… and said he can show me and i said I’d rather get someone that who is tech knowledge… finally went to the service and no still they didn’t want to have someone from the service to be interrupted… I left very disappointed and managed to play around with the device… maybe they should hire me to teach other people to use it with patience… More

Three Cadillacs in and I was looking for a Lyriq in stock with all of the bells and whistles without the wait, so I Googled, Sheehan popped up and I decided to stop in. In a matter of minutes I was pleasantl with all of the bells and whistles without the wait, so I Googled, Sheehan popped up and I decided to stop in. In a matter of minutes I was pleasantly greeted by the Sales Manager Tony Guerrera. He did a short introduction and wanted to know what brought me in. He instantly connected us with one of his top salesmen Jay Pregiato. Jay broke the news that the Lyriq we were checking out was scheduled for a test drive in a matter of minutes. Bummer! But, as we entered the showroom, there it was a vision of beauty…..I instantly fell in love and told Jay that I must have it. So, without further ado, no test drive needed, because I’ve done that before, the deal was finished in about 45 minutes or less. I didn’t take it home that day, it was raining something awful but when I returned it was outside with a hard plate, no silly temp tag, freshly detailed waiting outside. They have won my business definitely! Here’s the best part, how often is it you are thanked personally by a large dealership’s owner? I was and it felt pretty darn cool! What an experience! So, hello Sheehan Cadillac; it’s where people still know how to do business the old fashion way! Value, Respect, Integrity, and Dignity! More
