Jeff was extremely patient with my wife & I. He showed me several cars and in fact took to out for a ride. My wife was not happy with this and after several discussion over the night, it was decided that we were not going to lease another Buick but was going to buy the one we already have. I called the office on Sunday AM 8AM and left a message on machine I called. The number I called was 954943200 Ext 633. I told Jeff that we were not going to lease this vehicle and would be in to buy our present car on lease. I called Jeff on Monday morning and apologized for the switch. He informed me that he never received a call and had everything made out. He did not believe that I did call and I feel quite upset about the outcome. I am an honorable man and would not take advantage of anyone and am sorry for the switch. Jeff worked very had for this sale. More

This review follows up on a previous experience I had at Sheehan. After having my vehicle serviced, the engine light came on just a few days later. At the request of Troy and the Service Manager, I returned Sheehan. After having my vehicle serviced, the engine light came on just a few days later. I was promptly contacted by my Service Manager, Eytan, who assured me that despite the lack of available appointments, he would make time to fit me in. When I brought my vehicle in, Eytan immediately took charge, recruiting a technician to quickly diagnose the problem. I expected to be there for hours, but to my surprise, they had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. While the service on my GMC was top-notch, what truly stood out was the quick response and genuine effort to ensure my satisfaction with Sheehan. They went above and beyond anything I've experienced at other service centers, and at my age, I've been to quite a few! I HIGHLY recommend Sheehan and their entire team to anyone seeking quality auto repairs and first-class service. More
