"No, it will be here" they said. Next day, it was gone. Because the owner of the store Tom Sheehan after being told a customer will be in for this tomorrow, took it and sold it to someone else. The Owner! The Owner! Not the salesmans fault, at all. He answered my calls from the Gym, from home, came ibn early to work the deal. He did everything he could do to find me a car but the management and Tom Sheehan refused to match the deal on the same make model and trim. This was a bait and switch. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! More

I was treated poorly and I felt a bit disrespected with the way I was spoken to. I left frustrated after spending so many hours there just to leave empty handed with no car. The next day I went to Sheehan to look at what they had, still weary from my previous experience. I met with Paul Barrell (the sales associate) and we looked at some cars. I found one that I liked, a 2013 Chrysler 200 with low miles, but since my credit wasn't that great I wasn't expecting to actually own it. With the help from Rich (The sales Manager) and Paul I drove out of there with the car of my choice and with low payments!! Thanks Sheehan, your staff made a potentially stressful experience go very smoothly. I will always recommend you guys to my family and friends!. Thanks again. More
Dana Fishbein I went to Sheehan prenowned and worked with Dana Fishbein. I wasn't sure of the make or model I wanted I just knew I wanted out of my old car. So I ex I went to Sheehan prenowned and worked with Dana Fishbein. I wasn't sure of the make or model I wanted I just knew I wanted out of my old car. So I explained to Dana what my needs were and price range. Dana was very patient with me showing me different cars that would fit my needs and made the entire dreaded car buying experience very easy. He was able to get me in the car that fit me best and that I absolutely had to have as soon as I saw it while keeping my payments exactly where I wanted them. This had to be the easiest car buying experience I've ever had and would send anyone and everyone to Sheehan. More

I was told that when I add weight to the vehicle it would quiet the noise. It did not get quiet. I purchased the vehicle As Is but had I known better I would have never taken delivery. Do not trust this dealer for used vehicles. I will not reccomend them to anyone. More
Horrible experience This was the worst experience I've ever had with a car dealership. I found a car that was priced well and I spoke with one of the sales men for over a This was the worst experience I've ever had with a car dealership. I found a car that was priced well and I spoke with one of the sales men for over a week about pricing and my trade in. We came to an agreement, I got financing through my bank and I tried to come in last Friday to buy the car with a cashiers check ready in hand if all went well. He told me Friday wasn't good for him (ok?) so we made an appointment for Saturday at 1pm. Friday night I get a call that they sold the car. Naturally, I was upset. He told me I didn't put a deposit down. I was never told to put a deposit down to secure the car, which in my opinion is his fault. Saturday I get a call from the sales manager (Dana) that he'll ship the same car same mileage to me from Ft Meyers that'll be here on Tuesday, but I need to come in THAT day to sign the paperwork. As pleased as I was that he "jumped through hoops to get me the same car" I wasn't going to come in and sign papers for a car I haven't seen. After pressuring me to come in he finally told me that he wanted this sale to be on Augusts numbers and his sales guy "needed to eat." I told him that he would've had a car on August's numbers if he hadn't sold the car I already committed to and I'll be there Tuesday when the car is there. He said to me "I don't want you to come in today anyway and I'm not shipping the car." I said to him..."I'm sorry, do you not want to sell me a car?" (I should've walked away then.) He than said I'll bring something in see you Tuesday. So, Tuesday rolls around and I have to call him about the car. He says "oh yea, I didn't get anything yet, but I'll have something." After he reminds me over and over that he's "jumping through hoops" (thanks buddy...after you sold my car out right from underneath me?) He then shoots me a text of the car and we agree that I'll be there at 6:30. I show up and the car has a huge gash in the bumper, the bumpers been repainted and nicks and dings all over... other then that it was a nice car. BUT...to spend over 20k on a car...I don't want gashes, nicks or dings. I could get a brand new car for 20k! I get to Sheehan Buick GMC that night and I was completely honest with them about my trade in and the fact that the A/C went way before I got there. I have been charging my car when I get the chance to have A/C in this Florida weather. After checking out my car Dana sits down and asks me "How long do I have with the cold A/C?" I said I didn't know maybe a day or 2 and he says "ok, I need to get it to auction before it runs out." WOW...my first thought is...if you're THAT shady that you'd lie to auction about my car what are you lying to me about? (again...should've walked away) He crunched some numbers and then came back to me with an over inflated dealership cost among other things. As all car sales go...we crunched numbers back. He came back and said that there was nothing he could do about what we wanted. My friend said to him "no offense, but you guys sold the car she wanted and committed to and she's still willing to give you her business for a car with a lot of outside damage." Dana then tells us I didn't put a deposit down and that was our fault, I respond with that that was never communicated to me. Dana than says "I WAS SITTING THERE WHEN THE SALESMAN WAS TALKING TO YOU AND I HEARD HIM TELL YOU ABOUT THE DEPOSIT." so he basically told me I was a liar and that's where we finally walked out. The salesman called me about an hour later and tried to sell me when he knew I wouldn't be with my friend telling me I let him get in the way of a great deal. I told him he lied about the deposit and that's why he, Dana and this dealership lost my business. The salesman admitted to me he knew we didn't talk about the deposit and told me if he could get what I wanted he'd call me tomorrow...I never heard from him. To make matters worse...I got a call from a customer service rep today about my experience and when I told her I was displeased...she hung up on me. If I were you...spend your money on a car somewhere that appreciates your word, business and honesty...because they clearly do not. More
This dealership has a large amount of new vehicles but also used vehicles. We bought a 2010 GMC Acadia at a really great price. The vehicle looked like it came right out of the showroom! Completing the also used vehicles. We bought a 2010 GMC Acadia at a really great price. The vehicle looked like it came right out of the showroom! Completing the sale was a breeze with their friendly staff. Our sales person was Kelly Shirly. Kelly guided us through the whole process and took the time to explain everything. I would highly recommend using Sheehan Buick/GMC. I would ask for Kelly Shirly if you go. He is over the top friendly and on top of everything. Since the sale, Kelly has since given us a follow up phone call to make sure everything is okay. More
Liars That sell garbage! I purchased an 06 Audi A4 with 53,000 miles and it had water collected everywhere you could think of and a head gasket leak that caused coolant to leak on the transmission and comp 53,000 miles and it had water collected everywhere you could think of and a head gasket leak that caused coolant to leak on the transmission and completely out of the reservoir. I tried to keep this car but in the one month I owned the car I replaced the fan control module, hi pressure sensor and radiator fans to get the air to work. While on my way to repair those items two of the coils went out causing me to drive there on two cylinders. After all the repairs I made I spent $3,500 and this was all in 7 days of having the car in my possession. The first 3 weeks of ownership the car was at a body repair shop due to damage to the car during shipping. I'm sure it was because when they ship you a car for $850 they use a guy with a flat bed goose neck trailer behind his ford F250. Really professional! Anyway, during transport a strap came loose and a piece of wood he used for a "ramp" flew off and dented in the hood and smashed in the windshield. The shipper paid the repair bill of $2,300. After all my issues I contacted the general manager and couldn't get in touch with him. I left a polite message explaining that I wasn't looking for anything free, just wanted to see if anything could be done. I haven't heard from him yet and it's been 5 days. I decided to not deal with the problems anymore and went and bought a brand new car with a warranty. I think this is a terrible thing to do to someone when you represent a car as being "good to go". The salesman went as far as to tell me he took the car home on the weekend because he was going to buy it himself. Sure..... I also was guaranteed that the car had been serviced and had new oil in it as well. As soon as I received the car every service light and bell and whistle was going off. How do you miss that if it was serviced? I decided to change the oil again cause I didn't believe the service story and sure enough the oil was old and dirty. So the story is, I ended up replacing a car with garbage from Sheehan and then having to replace that car as well. Two cars in a month. All this cost me $12,500 in losses not to mention the aggravation and the hazard the car would have been to our safety if we kept it. ***NOTE- My review was removed, I will continue to post my review until the issue is resolved by Sheehan. If issue is resolved I will post the outcome. More
I have had my vehicle serviced at many different places over the years but I was never really impressed with the quality of care I received. This was definitely not the case at Sheehan. From the moment I a over the years but I was never really impressed with the quality of care I received. This was definitely not the case at Sheehan. From the moment I arrived I was taken care of by Hector Delucca. I found out that he has been at this same dealership for over 20 years!!! How many people can say that?? It's no wonder because he is attentive, respectful, straight-forward and professional. I STRONGLY recommend taking your vehicle to Sheehan and seeing Hector in service. You will have a difficult time trying to find someone else as capable as this man. More
