Took a ride to Sheehan and was greeted by Gerard White while we were looking at cars in the lot. He was very pleasant to speak with and extremely knowledgeable about the product. He was patient and answered all of our questions and said he would find out (and did) for anything he wasn't sure about. We worked out the details on the model and took several test drives. There was absolutely no sales pressure. We ended up leasing a new Encore and love it. I highly recommend the dealership and Gerard for the sales experience. We have not had the opportunity to have the car serviced yet.I am expecting that the service department will treat us as well. More

I made a great deal for a beutiful enclave with many extras and a interior that met my expectations. She even sent someone to my home around 25 mphs away to pick up a shade for my lexus they returned for me. I would rather buy a car from her than anyone else. She seemed to care and was very considerate. Even personally trying to make sure the Lexus was cleaned properly. My son got something on the outside of the car I was turning in and I was worried about it. She went and put a cleaner on it and gave me peice of mind. A very good honest person. What I liked most about Gerard was that he was straight forward with me (no bs) which is something that is difficult to find in So. Fl. with so many "sharks" trying to push deals that are favorable for them to make their money and meet their quotas. However, I never felt pressured nor uncomfortable when dealing with Gerard at Sheehan. He understood my requirements and worked hard to get the type of deal that would work for me and earn my business.
