It just takes forever and in many cases you feel like you wasted a day if not 2 of your life. This was not the case. I literally called Greg on Friday afternoon to find out if he had the car I was looking for. He was fast and efficient and in no time had information for me over the phone and via text. On Saturday morning I decided to go through with the transaction and because I had contractors working at my house Greg did all the heavy lifting for me and brought the car and paperwork home. The entire transaction was not more than 30 min. Trust me, for a busy person with a lot going on this was a BLESSING. Greg was super professional and explained everything I needed to know and solved my car issue in no time. I would highly recommend him and his dealership for future transaction. We like Kelly so much that when we recently wanted to switch to a new Buick Envision, we quickly went back to him at Sheehan even though we now live about 30 minutes farther away. Once again, Kelly delivered beyond expectation; his was well prepared, on time and had excellent follow-through. My wife and I both really appreciated this thorough, efficient and pleasant manner of doing business, as well as with his boss named Clint Thomas when it came to the final numbers. We are enjoying our new Envision model and I have mentioned already to friends our good experiences with the Sheehan team this time around as well as initially in 2013. Their professionalism and courtesies far outrank the experiences we have had with other dealerships over quite a few years. Kelly was nice enough to follow-up and when we asked him some questions about the new Envision 2017 model, he answered quickly with clear suggestions about how to use the dashboard screen to change certain settings. Also, since we traded in our 2013 Enclave when buying the 2017 Envision, we got a fair trade-in value reflecting market conditions, even though the Enclave had quite some scratches and dents. It is clear that Kelly and Clint are men off their words, who don't hassle clients or play games. They do what they promise without any surprises further down the line. All in all, I know they run a class act at Sheehan and so I would recommend them without hesitation. More
