Comfortable lease experience First day I walked in dealership - I was allowed to look and ask questions without giving my name, license etc. was lookin at all mid size vehicle at First day I walked in dealership - I was allowed to look and ask questions without giving my name, license etc. was lookin at all mid size vehicle at many dealerships -- some I just walked out of as I was not allowed to look outside or inside without a sales person by my side and wanting to sit down. Gerard talked with me but was not pressuring at all -- helpful with my questions and friendly guy -- very easy to talk to. I returned many times since I was deciding between 3 vehicles I liked. One day Gerard was not there and I said I would come back no problem. Stuart said he would be happy to answer any questions - looked around and it was also great that he was not hounding me - was there when I needed but was only chatting briefly and also very friendly also. When I made the deal - spoke with manager as well - (not sure of his name)--had 2 cars in mind - willing to negotiate - hated that part...as I didn't want to play games - went smoothly and he was easy to talk with as well.
