Without a hassle he had the estimate and breakdown of numbers written out and exactly as we had talked about over the phone prior to the visit. There was no hidden agenda and he made us feel extremely comfortable throughout the normally stressful process of buying a car. His kind and honest demeanor was greatly appreciated. He personally walked around the vehicle and described it 100% to ensure what I was seeing online was accurate . I promised I would drive down in 3 days and purchase the vehicle. He held the vehicle for me. There was no pressure, no surprises, and no additional add on when talking to finance. We wrote a check and the entire process was about 1 hr. Kelly is a man of integrity, which is rare in today's car . I am now looking for a second vehicle and my first stop will be Sheehan. There are a lot of dealers in South Florida that I have had experience with but NONE have even came close to this buying experience.
