Purchased the truck as is at a reduced price that did not include any reconditioning. After 2 weeks the truck engine broke a valve spring. Fearing the worst i had the truck towed back to Sheehan Buick GMC. Without any delay the Denali was put into the service bay and diagnosed, repaired and returned to me without charge. No fewer than 6 Outstanding Sheehan employees approached me and expressed there concern. I am forever greatful for the great experiance at Sheehan and would give 10 stars if offered. I read his reviews on his site, and decided he was the person I would call. When I was looking for the new 2018 GMC Terrain, I called various dealerships. But, I got too much sales-speak, and that we have the lowest prices. Then, I spoke with Gerrard White at Sheehan, explaining I was looking for in a Terrain 2018 and what I felt was fair to pay. I also would only put down the first payment. I based this on research and the price I received for the basic model from the dealership I was loyal to before. Unfortunately, my previous dealership didn't have what I was looking for in a Terrain. Sheehan had it, and beat the price anyway. Other dealerships were looking for a downpayment, as well, when I repeatedly said that I would only pay the first month of the lease. Gerrard, basically, helped me get the vehicle I was looking for at the best price. After one call, we texted until we agreed on a deal. Then, I came into Sheehan to look at the Terrain and commit. I was out of Sheehan in 2 hours! I still can't believe how smooth and quickly it went. Thanks, again, Gerrard!! More
