I was promptly contacted by my Service Manager, Eytan, who assured me that despite the lack of available appointments, he would make time to fit me in. When I brought my vehicle in, Eytan immediately took charge, recruiting a technician to quickly diagnose the problem. I expected to be there for hours, but to my surprise, they had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. While the service on my GMC was top-notch, what truly stood out was the quick response and genuine effort to ensure my satisfaction with Sheehan. They went above and beyond anything I've experienced at other service centers, and at my age, I've been to quite a few!
