He listened to everything I said I wanted, we looked at what was on the lot, went out for a test drive, did the necessary paperwork, and then he took the time to go over all the features in the vehicle with me and answer any questions that I had to ensure I comfortable with everything before I left with my vehicle. Experience was good a couple things I was not impressed with We purchased a 2016 Town and Country on June 29, 2017. We were impressed with the courtesy of every person that was involved with the purchase of our We purchased a 2016 Town and Country on June 29, 2017. We were impressed with the courtesy of every person that was involved with the purchase of our vehicle, however my husband was not happy on his way home when he noticed the gas tank was almost empty. We live 44 miles from the dealership. When he got into town he got gas right away and it took almost 19 gallons. We were to busy looking at all the controls at the dealership and never checked the amount of gas, I guess we thought it would be full or at least half full. Our other concern was when I called the next day I asked about the owners manual and was told I would have to pay for a written version of it, they run $56. I called the Chrysler customer service and they were more than happy to send us a copy free of charge. I also asked about the gas and was told they only put enough in for road testing. They knew we lived out of town I would think it would of been a concern to make sure we weren't stranded on the highway on our way home. We are happy with our van. More
